  Oscar Paez apart from being a Scuba Instructor is a Consultant at The Family Business Consulting Group, with expertise in management, finance, succession planning, and corporate governance. He has consulted for  Multi-Latinas, Family Offices, and Enterprising Families, and has worked in financial firms like Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and UBS. Oscar holds a BBA degree in International Finance and Marketing, as well as a master's in international administration. He is passionate about scuba diving, aviation, and photography. Through his role as Board Member at Therapeutic Scuba Institute, Oscar combines his interests in water conservation and neurodiversity, making diving accessible to all and being a volunteer in many adaptive diving programs as well as adaptive instructor. He loves to teach scuba as a way to share his passion to others and truly believes that by doing so will make a positive impact in other peoples lives, as diving has been a blessing in his.
