With a wealth of experience, I’ve successfully owned and managed several restaurants, each a canvas for my culinary creativity. However, my life took an adventurous turn at the age of 14 when I first plunged into the world of diving. As the depths beckoned, I discovered not just a hobby but a true calling. Teaching diving became my heartfelt pursuit, blending the artistry of cuisine with the tranquility of underwater exploration.

  Currently residing on a boat in the picturesque Florida Keys, I’ve embraced a lifestyle that harmonizes my love for the sea and culinary arts. This unique combination allows me to share my passion for both cooking and diving, creating a dynamic existence where each day unfolds with the richness of maritime adventures and the flavors of diverse cuisines.
